What should I wear?

Wear clothing that is soft, comfortable, and easy to move in. We do not recommend jeans. If your clothing restricts your movement then you'll struggle much more and there will be less value in what we teach you. Make sure that your clothing adequately covers your body. Remember that this is a family centered gym! Remove all jewelry with the exception of things like silicone rings or wristbands.

We have invested in special padded flooring for your safety. We ask that you either bring clean gym shoes to change into, or remove shoes and go barefoot. A large number of activities in our gym are barefoot appropriate.

If you are planning on doing aerial silks, make sure that your clothing is snug to prevent getting tangled up in the fabric and from coming off while upside down. Do not wear clothing with zippers, rivets, or any other hardware that could potentially damage the silks. If you show up to an aerial class wearing anything that could damage the fabric, you will be asked to go home and change.

What if I'm sick or have to miss class for any other reason?

Life happens and we understand. If you need to miss class for any reason we ask that you contact us and let us know as soon as possible. We'll give you a credit for another class to make up for the one that was missed and continue the billing cycle as usual.

Can I book classes online?

We don't currently have the ability to sign up online. For now, the best way to get signed up is to call us at (435) 414-0034 or just stop by the gym.

Your class times don't work for my schedule. Will other times be available?

As demand grows, we will continually add classes to our schedule. If you have a preferred time that you'd want to take a class then let us know and we'll see if we can make it happen!
