AERIAL SILKS

Aerial Silks is a fun and unique acrobatic performance art that is as athletic as it is creative.

We live in a world where kids often do not get enough physical activity and parents feel that they have to choose between taking care of their own needs and taking care of their children's needs. When parents sacrifice this basic need of movement and exercise, it can cause physical, and mental illness, and decreases their ability to take care of their kids. Our kids also need to move and get exercise as well but many are not interested in traditional sports so they often opt for sedentary activities. Origins Family Fitness has developed a wide variety of classes and activities for kids and adults to participate in so there is something for everyone! Bring your family, have fun, get fit, and learn useful skills all at the same time!
