What is aerial silk?
Aerial silk is a type of acrobatic performance that involves climbing up two tails of fabric and is a fusion of dance and acrobatics. It is a very holistic activity that increases strength and mobility in the entire body. In addition, it is a very fun and expressive process that allows students to find and showcase their athletic and creative abilities. It instills a sense of freedom, and students will gain confidence as they master each new skill! This is a very unique offering in Cedar City and we are excited to offer these classes!
Our Curriculum
Our aerial curriculum will have seven levels or ranks. Students will learn basic safety procedures and skills that will keep them safe and give them a solid foundation to be able to confidently perform aerial sequences. Students will begin at purple rank and be able to move at their own pace as they are able to pass off skills to the instructors.
Our instructor training and class curriculum come from professional aerialists who are not only very knowledgeable in the art, but are also extremely safety oriented. We are grateful to have the opportunity to pass that on to you!
*Please note: Our beam is engineer rated for a dynamic load of 1,500 pounds per point. This translates to a personal weight limit of 187 pounds.

Trial Class: $15
We offer multi-person discounts for all memberships! These discounts apply across classes to allow for family members to take different classes and still take advantage of the family discounts. These discounts apply only for immediate family members.
